Vacancy Assistant Station Manager

Assistant Station Manager required to facilitate community and voluntary programming on Dundalk FM. He/she will be responsible for training community groups and individuals, recording community broadcasts, volunteer membership and welfare and the effective internal operation of the station. Applicants will have excellent IT, media and digital editing skills and experience of radio broadcasting coupled with an understanding of the ethos of Community Radio. Previous community and voluntary group development work and a training qualification would be an advantage. A positive attitude and flexible approach to duties and hours of work will be required. The position is for 1 year.
